Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client-side hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for technical roles and should be capable of handling client communication and delivering quality candidates within deadlines.

Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote (Candidates from Delhi/NCR region preferred)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Contract-to-Hire (C-H) and Contract-to-Contract (C-C) positions
  • Understand and interpret client job requirements and ensure alignment during the hiring process
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech candidates for various IT roles
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to provide hiring updates and understand new requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate data and status using internal tools or ATS
  • Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality standards in recruitment

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of hiring models, especially C-H and C-C
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing profiles from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates from any educational background
  • Bonus: Experience in hiring for ServiceNow roles is a plus (not mandatory)
