Profile Expectations:

  • 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on development and configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in at least one key suite/module: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, etc.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and UI customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tool connectivity (REST/SOAP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.) are preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning and openness to cross-skill across modules.
  • Willingness to undergo our 45-day intensive cross-module training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business needs.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and others.
    Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across modules.
