Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Multiple Modules)
Job Mode: Remote & Onsite (Jaipur)
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years

Modules Hiring For: Mandatory: ITSM and CSM – Preferred (at least one): ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, FSM
Profile Expectations:
- 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on development and configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in at least one key suite/module: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, etc.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and UI customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tool connectivity (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.) are preferred.
- Passion for continuous learning and openness to cross-skill across modules.
- Willingness to undergo our 45-day intensive cross-module training program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business needs.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and others.
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across modules.
