We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment processes, maintaining strong client communication, and coordinating with external vendors to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote (Candidates from Delhi/NCR region preferred)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Male candidates are preferred for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Contract-to-Hire (C-H) and Contract-to-Contract (C-C) positions
  • Understand and align with client job requirements and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients regarding hiring status and updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal tools
  • Ensure timely closures of open roles while maintaining quality in hiring
  • Manage and coordinate with external staffing vendors to support hiring needs

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter
  • Solid understanding of hiring models, especially C-H and C-C
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
  • Self-driven with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates from any educational background
  • Experience in ServiceNow recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
