Tele Caller – Microsoft 365 Sales
Overview
We are hiring a Tele Caller with outbound calling experience to promote and sell Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook (email), Teams, Office applications, and user licenses.
Job Title: Tele Caller – Microsoft 365 Sales
Location: Jaipur
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in outbound calling / telesales
Preferred: International calling experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Microsoft 365 products
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of Microsoft 365 tools such as email, Teams, Office apps, and licenses
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 plans
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM systems
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or telesales
- Experience in international calling preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems
