Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

Learn and Develop ServiceNow Skills:
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about ServiceNow platform fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to understand ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Gain hands-on experience by working on ServiceNow projects and tasks.
Assist with ServiceNow Implementation:
  • Support ServiceNow developers and administrators in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules based on business requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Requirements
