We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. You will play a critical role in customizing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
  • Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.
  • Ensure system stability and performance by following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and supporting team collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, MID Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, and application development.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting, UI/UX customization, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Portal development and ServiceNow Mobile App customization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
