We’re in search of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in IT Sales to join our team. This individual will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT sector, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless solutions and support to clients.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovations.
